Shanti Shah holds a bachelor of Commerce degree. He is a highly successful & a very well known industrialist, based in Nakuru. He has been the Chairman of the board since 2008. He is also a director of Valley bakery Ltd, Buds and Bloom ltd among other companies.

Reuben Mbindu

Mr. Reuben Mbindu has carved out an impressive career spanning over 35 years across various fields with the major part focused on banking. His journey has seen him ascend to senior leadership positions working for Standard Chartered Bank and Equity Bank Group across various geographical regions such as the UK (London), Tanzania, Ghana, and Kenya. His expertise extends across a broad spectrum, encompassing Information Technology, Risk Management, Human Resource Management and Corporate Governance. The Bank stands to gain immensely from his diverse skill set, coupled with extensive experience. Mr. Mbindu has a BSc. degree in Computer Engineering from the Technical University, Nurnberg, Germany.

He brings a wealth of experience to the board being the MD of Harleys Ltd ( a highly reputable pharmaceutical company) and director of Rahans Ltd and Universal Corporation Ltd among other companies

Simon Gregory

Simon Gregory, an experienced corporate finance and investment banker, is a qualified Bachelor of Science in Economics with Accountancy from the Loughborough University of Technology, UK. In 1998, he also qualified as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He has a decade and a half of experience in investment banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and corporate finance at ABN Amro. He has handled a wide spectrum of corporate finance and broking related transactions. He is currently the Executive Director of SBT Software Operations SA (PTY) Ltd.

Amool Jivrav Nathwani

Amool Jivrav Nathwani is an accountant being fellow of Institute Chartered Accountant in England and Wales. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) and Institute of Certified Public Secretaries (ICPSK). He runs a management consultancy firm named Vista Management Consultancy Ltd which he established in 2006. He provides corporate governance, tax planning, business restructuring, ICT systems review services among other business support services. He previously worked for Marshalls (East Africa) Ltd as the Group Managing Director. He has also worked for General Printers Limited, one of the largest printing and packaging manufacturing companies in Kenya as the Finance Director. He was also an audit senior at Deloitte & Touche, Nairobi.

Andrew Mugambi

Andrew is a highly regarded advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a partner in the corporate, commercial and real estate practice of Dentons Hamilton & Mathews, a Kenyan law firm with the world largest footprint and a tradition of excellence dating back to 1902. He has over 20 years legal practice experience focusing on mergers and acquisition, banking and finance and project development both in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He advises a wide range of multinational and local clients.

Andrew has served as board member in other companies in different sectors. He currently serves as a board member of Sanlam investment East Africa Limited and National Health Insurance Fund, serving as the head of Board’s audit committees in both corporations.
